Free FTP Hosting
Most free web hosts don't give you the ability to upload your files using FTP. So those who don't want to use a hosted web site builder to design their pages might find it a little restrictive to not have FTP (and hence PHP, MySQL, htaccess etc). Here are the ones:
Host1Free: This one offers 10GB disk space, 150GB bandwidth, 5 parked domains and 5 subdomains. You can use PHP, 2 MySQL databases and 1 FTP account. You also get .htaccess (which is quite rare with free hosts!). Check them out: Host1Free.
